• Application form should be acquired along with the prospectus from school admin office.
• Application form should be duly filled in and attach all the requirements. Note that admission form must be duly filled in by the responsible person as no name changes will be allowed once entries are made in the admission/withdrawal register.
• Submit the form along with the required documents & Test / Interview results
• Admission fee would be submitted if the Test / Interview is cleared.

Admission Requirements

• Prospectus with original Admission form to be collected from Al-Ilm Academia.
• Attested Photocopy of Form B
• Birth certificate issued by NADRA is mandatory
• Attested Photocopy of Father’s CNIC
• SLC ( if already enrolled in another school)
• Result card ( if already enrolled in another school)
• Fresh passport size photographs of the child along with the form must be submitted.
